Smoked Bluefin Tuna Dip + Jacket Potatoes

This is a super easy recipe that takes a minimal amount of prep literally a 5 minute recipe, you will just put everything in a bowl and mix it around and season it to your own taste. It tastes absolutely sensational and will wow a crowd with minimal effort. Super romantic with a glass of wine to level up that date night.

Taste 10/10

5 Minutes to prepare without the Jacket Potatoes.

Smoked Bluefin Tuna Dip Ingredients

Smoked Bluefin Tuna You can use any smoked fish as a substitute

Kewpie Mayo (Standard Mayo is permitted but Kewpie is yummm)

Cream Cheese

Sour Cream

Diced Jalapeños (I used hot sauce instead as I had run out of Jalapeños)

Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins is the best)

Alg Seaweed Salt (Sea Salt Flakes will also work)

Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Lemon - Optional Ingredient

Items Needed

A Bowl

A Fork

A Tablespoon

I add around 500g of Smoked Bluefin Tuna into a bowl.

Then add 2 tablespoons of Kewpie Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Sour Cream, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese into the bowl.

Next up 2 good splashes of Worcestershire Sauce into the bowl

Dice and add Jalapeños or squirt around just over a tea spoon of Hot Sauce into the bowl

Mix all of the ingredients together. Then add the Alg Seaweed Salt and Black Pepper to seasoning. Feel free to taste and add additional Hot Sauce Worcestershire sauce to your exact taste buds.

You may want to add a Squeeze of Lemon into the mix as well but this time it was not necessary as the flavour was fantastic.

Keep the dip in the covered in the fridge and use within 3-5 days.

Jacket Potato with Smoked Fish Dip

For the Jacket (Baked) Potatoes crank the oven to 180degrees and bake until crispy and cooked inside. Cut a cross into the potato and and add the filler into the middle.

Other uses for the Smoked Fish Dip:

As a Sandwich filler

As a snack to enjoy with Cheese and Crackers

Stir into a pasta

I hope you have enjoyed this recipe, I rate it a 10/10 and ive used the same dip recipe on smoked kingfish, slimy mackerel and trevally and all have been wicked. Like mentioned its extra delicious with some crunchy jalapeño bits.
