This video is just some rock hopping around NSW with my girlfriend, the footage is mainly from around Sydney Millie is a beginner in the sport of spearfishing so we are mainly targeting our favourite eating shore fish the Red Morwong, other fish include Snapper, Whiting and Salmon. All fish we of legal size and were speared for consumption. We both have NSW Fishing Licence and abide by the catch limits and no fish zones.
Over the past 2 years we have both made the commitment to no longer buy fish so the only fish we eat is the fish we catch. Spearfishing is the most sustainable form of fishing on the planet, and there for the most environmentally friendly one, the footage is taken from numerous dives since the beginning of the year.
